My OG after boil was around 1.053 adjusted for temp. for my dry Irish stout. After a week in the primary I decided to rack the beer… Transferring it to the secondary carboy… Primary really kicked off fast and seemed to be done in as little as 5 days… My Gravity reading at rack was 1.011 which was what was expected…. Exciting!!!! I’ll probably bottle in a couple weeks!
