First All-Grain Batch

First all-grain batch on all my new equipment! Made a Bavarian Wheat beer, but went way outside of normal IBU range for the style… Used two different yeasts… Weihenstephan on one Carboy and Bavarian yeast on the other.

    Bavarian Yeast was a little older… took it a couple days to get going… Weihenstephan yeast was newer and starting doing it’s magic really quickly…. Reminder to examine yeast pack dates next time and always make a starter.
